Painted Baubles

I know it’s too early to mention the “C” word but when you are a maker of things that people like to buy for that time of year then you have to prepare months in advance!  Every year I love to buy handmade and unusual baubles for the tree to add to my growing collection, so inspired by this and other artists I’ve started to paint ceramic baubles.  Painting on ceramics with porcelain paint is a new thing for me, I also got some ceramic markers to try out and I have to say I am totally loving it!  I just started working on the baubles yesterday and I woke up many times last night thinking about them and I was excited to get back to them today.  It’s been a while since I’ve tried a brand new art supply and it’s lovely to suddenly feel so enthralled by it.  The baubles theme continues on with my ongoing series of mystical landscapes.  Each one is a mini world that I hope you will enjoy.  I’m creating 16 of these baubles so if you want to be the first to know when they become available sign up to my newsletter list.
