Artform Award at Mount Congreve House
I’m absolutely honoured to say that out of nearly 500 entries to the inaugural art exhibition “Bucolica” at Mount Congreve House and Gardens, Waterford, last night I was awarded a solo exhibition in 2025 at this beautiful location! ๐๐๐ And in a double whammy of good news my painting “A Land Of Many Meanings” sold there last night and is going to an incredible home.
I want to say a huge thank you to Martina and Artform @artformdunmoreeastย for your hard work in promoting and supporting artists and I’m so excited to work with you on next year’s exhibition. Thank you toย @odonnellartist_melissaย andย @anne_ryan_painter for selecting my work. And thank you to Big Look Art @biglook.artย and everyone else involved.
And a big congratulations to the other artists who were awarded prizes last night:
@zoedillionart
@jelenastamenkovic
@brianflannerybaf25
@hilarymorleyartist
One of the nicest things about doing group exhibitions is the lovely people you meet and last night was no exception.
Even though it took us way longer to get to Waterford than we expected and my co-pilot, my husband Ivano and I, ended up running up the drive just before the winner announcements where made ๐โโ๏ธ๐ it was a great night and such a beautiful location, definitely worth a visit to see the new exhibition and Mount Congreve House and Garden.ย
